Windy Prairie Systems, Inc. was created in 2000 to provide innovative directory products for cemeteries and memorial parks. Our products are designed to allow local communities to build a lasting, permanent memorial for their town. Based in Indianola, Nebraska, Windy Prairie Systems, Inc. has partnered with communities in Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, Iowa, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Windy Prairie Staff

CEO - Steve Richman
As part of a dynamic team of directors, Steve Richman currently serves as CEO for Windy Prairie Systems, Inc., and resides in Lincoln, NE. He received a Bachelors of Science, University of Nebraska, Zoology/Organic Chemistry and later earned a Bachelors of Science, UNL, Business Administration/Marketing. Professional experience includes twenty-five years of progressive management experience with A.C. Nielsen Marketing Research Group USA and the Nebraska Department of Labor. His major responsibilities include business development, organizing and managing the business products and services. Steve's duties at WP include sales, sales staff development, promotional activities and products and services development.

COO - Bill Rogers
Bill is the owner of Welding Plus and Windy Prairie Structures, located in Indianola, NE. Bill brings 22 years of design, welding and construction experience. He has owned and operated Welding Plus for the past 15 years. Bill has 15 years experience in the designing, building and marketing of traditional directory structures. He understands small business demands and has perfected the housing needed to develop a successful stand-alone TouchScreen housing. Bill has a B.A. in Art Education as well and has taught K-12.

CFO - Elaine Waggoner
Elaine Waggoner serves as legal council, developing the corporation and establishing legal contracts. Elaine has a Juris Doctorate degree in law from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and has managed her own legal firm for twenty years. Though originally from Alma, NE, she currently practices from her office in downtown Lincoln.
